Cranberry Moscow Mules

Cranberry Moscow Mules/ Garnished with Lime severed in copper mugs and polka dot paper straws

If you need a little help becoming less like the Grinch and a little more like Buddy the Elf, then we have the perfect solution for you!  These cranberry moscow mules will give you all the holiday spirit you will need to get you through the remainder of 2016 and into a bright and shiny new year. We are total suckers for Moscow Mules and this twist on a classic is the perfect holiday cocktail! The cranberries are the perfect addition to the ginger beer and lime juice. The grenadine sweetens it up while delivering that dreamy holiday red color.

Ingredients:

  1. 3 ounces ginger beer
  2. juice of 1 lime
  3. 1 ounce gin (traditionally vodka but we prefer gin)
  4. 1 tsp grenadine 
  5. ice
  6. raw cranberries and lime slices for garnish

Fill copper mugs to the top with ice. Combine gin, lime juice, and grenadine in the shaker and shake, shake, shake *you can pretend your Taylor shaking the year of 2016 off ;)* pour mixture over ice and top off with ginger beer. Garnish with raw cranberries and lime slices.
